When refunds apply and how long they take.

If your eSIM has not been installed and your plan has not started, we refund in full — no questions — within 30 days of purchase.

If you couldn't get online at your destination and our support team can't fix it with you, we refund the plan. We'll ask for a few details (device model, what you tried) so we can also fix the root cause.

Days already used, and plans where the eSIM was installed and connected successfully. Partial refunds for unused days on an active plan are handled case by case — talk to support.

We approve within 1 business day; your bank then takes 3–10 business days to post it back to the original payment method.
