1. Our approach
We keep cookies to a minimum. Today the site sets only essential cookies plus one preference cookie that remembers which currency to show prices in. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we never sell your data. Because of that, the only thing that needs your consent is the optional preference cookie — everything else is strictly necessary to run the store and keep you signed in.
2. Cookies we set

3. Payment (Stripe)
When you pay, you're taken to Stripe's own secure checkout page. Stripe sets its own cookies there to process the payment and prevent fraud — these are set by Stripe on Stripe's page, not by us on myholidaysim.com. See stripe.com/privacy for details.
4. Analytics & marketing
We currently set no analytics or advertising cookies at all. If we ever add privacy-respecting analytics, it will stay switched off until you opt in through the cookie banner, exactly as UK PECR rules require. Declining never changes how the store works.
5. Managing your choices
Open “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to review or change your choices at any time. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings — the site will simply ask again and, without the sign-in cookies, you'll need to sign in each visit.
