eSIM activation policy.

1. When days start

Your plan’s validity begins at the eSIM’s first successful connection to a partner network at the destination — not at purchase, not at installation.

2. Installation window

Install any time before travel. We recommend installing on home Wi-Fi at least a day before departure. QR codes remain valid for 12 months from purchase if uninstalled.

3. One device per eSIM

An eSIM profile installs on one device and cannot be transferred once installed. Deleting an installed eSIM cannot be undone with the same QR code.

4. Expiry

When your days end, data stops — no charges can continue. Top-ups purchased before expiry extend the same eSIM seamlessly.
