Refund policy.

1. The 30-day rule

Any eSIM that has not been installed and whose plan has not started is refundable in full for 30 days from purchase. No forms, no fees — message support with your order number.

2. Installed but unused

If you installed the eSIM but it never connected to a network (your days never started), it is still refundable — we verify usage on our side and refund in full.

3. Started plans

Once days have started they cannot be refunded, because network costs are already incurred. If service failed due to a fault on our side, we refund or credit regardless — fairness beats policy.

4. Processing times

Approved refunds are issued within 24 hours. Banks and card issuers typically post them in 3–5 business days; PayPal is usually same-day.

5. Wrong destination bought

Do not install it — contact support and we swap the plan for the right destination immediately, adjusting any price difference.
