First, support will troubleshoot with you — it’s almost always a settings toggle. If there’s a genuine fault on our side, you get a full refund or replacement. Always.
Travel eSIMs connect to partner networks abroad, which phones label as roaming. On our plans that switch never adds charges — the price you paid is final.
Try manually selecting another partner network (Settings → network selection), move away from crowded areas, or toggle aeroplane mode. 5G appears automatically where available.
