1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Bohzo Ltd (trading as My Holiday SIM), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15031604), registered office The Workspace Basildon, 7 High Pavement, Basildon, England, SS14 1EA. For anything about your data or this policy, email privacy@myholidaysim.com. This notice explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to sell and deliver your eSIM: your email address; your order and eSIM details (destination, plan, ICCID, QR/activation code, usage status); confirmation of payment from Stripe (we never see or store full card numbers); any messages you send our support team; your email if you join the app waitlist; and basic technical data (such as IP address and device/browser type) needed to keep the site secure and working. We do not log the content of what you browse on your eSIM.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
Under UK GDPR we must have a lawful basis for each use of your data:

4. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the trusted providers that make the service work, each bound by contract to process it only on our instructions: Stripe (payment processing), eSIM Access (provisioning your eSIM with the mobile networks), Resend (sending your emails), Supabase (our database) and Vercel (website hosting). We also disclose data where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside the UK/EEA, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by UK ‘adequacy’ regulations or by an International Data Transfer Agreement / Standard Contractual Clauses, so your data keeps essentially the same protection it has in the UK.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it:

7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to its use, withdraw consent, and receive a portable copy. The quickest way is right in your account: sign in and use “Download my data” and “Delete my account” under Your data & privacy. You can also email privacy@myholidaysim.com. We respond within one month. Deleting your account erases your personal details; where the law requires us to keep an order record (tax), we keep it in anonymised form only.
8. No automated decision-making
We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone, and we do not carry out profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
9. Cookies
We use minimal cookies and no advertising trackers. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy, and you can change your choices any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.
10. Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first — we'd like to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the “last updated” date above, and — for significant changes — tell you by email or on the site.
