1. What we collect

Your email (to deliver eSIMs and receipts), order details, payment confirmation from our payment providers (we never see full card numbers), and basic analytics about site usage.

2. What we do not collect

We do not log the content of your browsing on our eSIMs, and we do not sell personal data to anyone. Ever.

3. Why we process data

To deliver purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and — only with your consent — send occasional destination tips you can unsubscribe from in one click.

4. Where data lives

Data is stored with reputable cloud providers in the EU/UK and US under standard contractual clauses. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers.

5. Your rights

Access, correction, export and deletion are available from your account settings or by emailing privacy@myholidaysim.com. We answer within 30 days, usually much faster.
