1. Who we are
My Holiday SIM is owned and operated by Bohzo Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15031604) with its registered office at The Workspace Basildon, 7 High Pavement, Basildon, England, SS14 1EA. We provide prepaid travel eSIM data plans through myholidaysim.com. These terms govern your purchase and use of our services. By ordering, you accept them.
2. The service
We sell digital eSIM profiles that provide mobile data at the destinations listed on each plan page, for the number of days purchased, starting at first network connection. Plans are unlimited-data subject to the fair-use section below.
3. Your responsibilities
You confirm your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchase; our compatibility checker helps. You are responsible for installing the eSIM as instructed and for keeping your QR code private.
4. Fair use
Unlimited means unlimited for personal travel use. Commercial resale, machine-to-machine streaming farms and comparable extreme use may be throttled or suspended in line with partner-network policies.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in your selected currency and fixed at checkout. Payment is taken in full before delivery. Taxes are included where applicable and itemised on your receipt.
6. Liability
Mobile coverage depends on partner networks and local conditions; we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service in every location. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected plan. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
